Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's degree required; Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Minimum 12 accounting hours required.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience; beef/pork knowledge a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the plant's financial results with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Provide explanations of performance vs budget/forecast and communicate risks/opportunities.
• Partner with Plant Manager and leadership to translate production results into financial impact.
