Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Accounting Administrator to join our Iowa operation. You will support payroll, time & attendance, and cost/yield activities while assisting the Plant Controller with accounting tasks.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential as you multitask across payroll, reports, and plant operations. The role requires a High School diploma and 3+ years of office experience, with payroll experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years office experience; 3+ years payroll experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Tyson Business System, Microsoft Office & Excel; SAP preferred.
• Written and verbal communication with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily payroll and time & attendance using UKG Pro and SAP Payroll.
• Monitor time analytics and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide payroll training to new supervisors as needed.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Plant Controller.
• Support cost/yield/inventory activities and plant management tasks.
