Job summary

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance to translate operating results into actionable financial insights and drive continuous improvement on the production floor. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the plant.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Lead month-end close and ensure timely reporting of results.
