Daily's Premium Meats seeks a Manufacturing Plant Controller to lead the plant's financial performance on the production floor. You will own cost accounting, inventory integrity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls, partnering with plant leadership to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in cost accounting and inventory management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the plant's month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the plant while ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Maintain inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis with strong internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives in partnership with operations.
• Provide financial insights to support capital investments and ROI analyses.
• Support audits, both internal and external, and drive process improvements.
