Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute planograms, price changes, signage and fixture assembly in-store while delivering legendary customer service. You will support merchandising tasks, interact with customers, and collaborate with the District FAST Supervisor to ensure timely completion and planogram integrity.

This role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and ensure planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method (Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask).
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on completion and issues.
