Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, and price changes.

You will also assist with merchandise and fixture assembly, manage planogram integrity, and provide legendary customer service while engaging with customers and teammates. Flexibility for varied shifts and a strong safety mindset are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in-store.
