Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team. The role focuses on owning and executing start-to-finish tasks within a store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and assembly of merchandise and fixtures.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required; read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and provide legendary customer service.
