Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in a single-store setting. You will own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

This role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work with teammates and customers to keep the store running smoothly. Shifts vary and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Perform store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
