Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in-store. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintain planogram integrity, and support store operations. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer‑first attitude, with responsibilities that may expand to other duties

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
