Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking FAST Team Members to join our Field Activity Support Team and perform start-to-finish store tasks, from planograms and signage to price changes, fixture assembly, and merchandise handling. This role centers on delivering legendary customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a single store, coordinate with the District FAST Supervisor, and contribute to planogram accuracy, price updates, and signage upkeep.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing, and counting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recover as needed.
• Prioritize customer experience and provide legendary service using GURA.
