Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily working in a single store to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and related merchandising tasks.

You will interact with customers and fellow team members, delivering legendary customer service and supporting store operations, fixtures, and signage maintenance, while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Adhere to safety training and guidelines.
