Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a local store as part of the Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and support merchandise and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service. Responsibilities include completing planograms, updates, and ensuring planogram integrity, while promoting safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
