Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store as part of the Field Activity Support Team. The role owns start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, completing shifts, communicating with district supervisors, and performing planogram integrity checks, with a focus on customer-first service and teamwork within a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed with ability to complete assignments with little assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Deliver legendary customer service in-store using GURA.
