Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members while delivering legendary service.

This role requires reliability and flexibility, with strong communication skills. Shifts vary, usually 4–10 hours, emphasizing safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are expected.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
• Communicate proactively with supervisor about work completion and issues.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
