Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily operating in a single store, and to own end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. The role includes interaction with customers and team members to deliver legendary service.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, merchandise fixture work, and maintaining signage, while adhering to safety guidelines and department standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and on time.
• Install, update and maintain store signage including price changes.
• Perform merchandise and fixture assembly and PDQ setup.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using the GURA framework.
• Communicate work progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor.
