Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly at a store location. You will engage customers, provide legendary service, and support other tasks as needed to maintain store standards.

Responsibilities include planograms, signage maintenance, merchandise assembly, and collaborating with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Make the customer a priority and provide legendary customer service while in stores using GURA (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
