Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while following GURA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary, with typical 4+ hours per shift and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
