Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service with the GURA approach.

This role requires reliability, flexibility, and basic computer skills. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred; 18 years of age or older.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
