Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service through the GURA framework.

You will handle planograms, merchandising, and signage while adhering to safety and company guidelines. The role requires reliability, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and count accurately.
• Prior retail/merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Perform price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Maintain planogram integrity and store appearance.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers.
