Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members while delivering legendary service and following GURA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write and count accurately. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus basic computer knowledge, are preferred in our

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority and provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment; adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
