Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting other merchandising tasks. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and using GURA to identify needs and suggest solutions.

The role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to store operations, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and collaboration across tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
