Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, handling end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixtures assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service using the GURA approach.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, performing store resets, and maintaining signage, with shifts that vary and may exceed four hours.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety training.
