Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly in-store. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while following GURA guidelines.

The role requires 18+ years old,.read/write/count, and prior retail/merchandising experience; education of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through recovery and review.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA principles.
