Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to manage start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service through the GURA method.

Working primarily in a single store, you’ll support merchandising, maintenance, and diverse tasks, with shifts varying in length. This role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Complete planograms and price changes accurately.
• Install and maintain store signage.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Assist with merchandise assembly and fixture setup.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
