Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service.

You must be flexible, reliable, and customer-focused, with prior retail or merchandising experience preferred and the ability to read, write, and count. Shifts vary by store, typically 4+ hours, with potential longer days; safety and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale).
