Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, typically assigned to a single store, to own end-to-end tasks from planograms to merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

You will support other tasks such as fixture assembly and signage maintenance, while adhering to safety guidelines and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Prioritize customer service using GURA principles.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
