Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, to own and execute variable tasks from planograms to signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service.

The role emphasizes flexible, dependable performance, accurate planograms, and timely updates to supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through recovery and review.
• Provide legendary customer service at all times using GURA: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
