Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team and execute end-to-end tasks in a single store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service while maintaining signage, completing planograms, and supporting store operations. The role emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
