Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in a store-focused role. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and teammates, be adaptable, and support other tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
