Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks in a single store, including planograms, signage updates, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and ensuring planogram integrity. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service using GURA.
