Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team in-store, handling start-to-finish tasks like merchandising, signage, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and teammates, perform planograms, assemble fixtures, and support various tasks. A strong focus on availability, adaptability, and problem-solving is required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting skills are required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circuits, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
