Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, taking ownership of end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintain planogram integrity, handle merchandise, and support store operations with flexibility and a service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and have the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Support sign and planogram integrity reviews.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
