Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, working primarily in a single store to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members while delivering legendary customer service.

You will maintain signage, perform price changes, and support other duties as assigned, including safety and adherence to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and store resets accurately and on time.
• Perform price changes and install/update store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and prioritize customer needs in-store.
