Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team and work predominantly in one store. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, assist with merchandise tasks, and support store operations. Expect varied shifts, strong safety practices, and opportunities to contribute to store performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience required.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
