Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own, plan and execute in-store tasks including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service in a fast-paced, retail environment.

Applicants should have prior retail or merchandising experience, be at least 18, and able to read, write and count accurately. The role involves standing, lifting and occasional heavy merchandise handling in a normal store setting.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and signage updates.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers.
• Maintain store safety and conduct duties as assigned.
