Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, owning and completing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes. You will also assist with merchandise assembly, fixture setup, and maintaining planogram integrity while delivering legendary customer service.

Qualifications include prior retail/merchandising experience and the ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service while in stores through the use of GURA:
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
