Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a motivated FAST Team Member to work in a single store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while supporting merchandising tasks and signage maintenance.

Ideal candidates have prior retail/merchandising experience; a high school diploma is preferred. The role requires flexibility, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Execute planograms, signage updates, and price changes accurately.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and displays.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures and complete layout initiatives.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers in-store.
• Collaborate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in required training.
