Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and ensuring planogram integrity.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience, readable and countable skills, and the ability to perform project tasks with limited supervision. Shifts vary and may be 4–10 hours daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting skills required.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and execute price changes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly.
• Provide legendary customer service while interacting with customers and team members.
• Maintain signage, complete planograms, and perform merchandise resets as needed.
• Communicate progress and issues with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in other duties as assigned.
