Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers, delivering legendary service and maintaining planogram integrity throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write, and count accurately. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
