Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and maintaining visual standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, retail/merchandising experience preferred, and reading/writing/counting skills. Expect varied shifts, with a focus on accuracy and safety in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and planogram integrity.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers' Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
