Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service while supporting all related store operations and housekeeping duties.

The role requires reliability and adaptability; experience in retail merchandising is preferred, and candidates should be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: greet, uncover needs, recommend products, ask for the sale.
