Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage, price changes and fixture work. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while executing field tasks from start to finish.

The role requires prior retail experience, 18+ years old, and good reading/writing skills; education is flexible. Shifts vary and safety comes first.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
