Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support store operations, handle planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service while maintaining merchandising standards.

The role requires reliability, ability to work shifts, and basic computer skills. Prior retail/merchandising experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores.
