Qualificações

• 10+ years of fundraising experience, with staff management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience overseeing planned giving targets exceeding $10M–$15M per year.
• Proven track record securing gifts of $100k+.
• Subject matter expert in planned giving and tax rules for estates.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
