BridgePoint Associates, LLC. in Northern Virginia seeks a Director of Planned Giving to lead a rapidly expanding program. The role will oversee a team of 3 Planned Giving Officers and drive growth to multi-million annual gifts.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of fundraising experience, deep planned giving knowledge, and a proven record of securing gifts at high-value levels. Hybrid work with relocation assistance is available.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant fundraising experience including staff management.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience overseeing planned giving targets >$10M–$15M per year.
• Proven track record of securing gifts of $100k+.
• Subject matter expert in planned giving and tax rules affecting legacy donors.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the planned giving program to meet and exceed an annual target of $13M.
• Manage the full lifecycle of fundraising for a portfolio of planned giving prospects.
• Manage and mentor a growing planned giving team, that currently consists of 3 Planned Giving Officers.
• Collaborate with other development team members to secure gifts that involve planned gift commitments.
• Manage the legacy society and provide stewardship to donors that have expressed interest to include gifts in their estate planning.
• Coordinate planned giving marketing efforts.
• Oversee the review of documentation to administer planned gifts.
