Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative in Rock Hill, SC. This role offers an starting hourly rate of $11 with increases every 180 days based on anniversary date and annual performance. Flexible Monday–Friday shifts include early morning hours, with weekend shifts as needed.

You’ll help members, sell passes, and keep the club welcoming and tidy. Open availability and a friendly, solution-focused attitude are essential.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
