Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, invites you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. With a starting pay of $12 per hour and flexible shifts from 4:30am to 12:30pm or 3pm to 11pm, you’ll help members in a Judgement Free environment and grow with us.

You will answer phones, greet members, sign up and tour new members, process purchases at the POS, and promote our fitness classes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to greet members and handle inquiries.
• Comfort with processing transactions at the POS.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
