Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Baltimore, MD. This role handles phone inquiries, greets and signs up members, processes purchases at the POS, and promotes fitness classes. You’ll ensure a clean, safe club environment and contribute to a Judgement Free experience at the Planet Fitness franchise.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with full-time schedule. There are hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Monday to Thursday: 4:15PM to 11:15PM

Friday: 4:15PM to 9:15PM

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
