Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members in Crawfordsville, IN. You will greet, sign up, tour new members, and resolve questions while upholding a Judgement Free experience.

This role offers starting pay at $12/hour, a Monday–Friday schedule from 3pm to 11pm, with hourly increases at defined anniversaries, plus benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, informative member support.
• Ability to greet and assist members and prospective members.
• Capable of handling inquiries with a professional, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests and prospective members.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
