Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Rock Hill, SC. Starting pay is $11 per hour with raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months.

Flexible shifts are available, with early mornings as soon as 4:45am and evenings as late as 10pm, Monday through Friday, plus weekend options. This role requires open availability and a focus on member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner and use scripts.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Weekly Flexible Scheduling: Flex Shifts // Morning shifts as early as 4:45am and/or Evening shifts as late as 10pm, Monday thru Friday // Flex Shift, Saturday thru Sunday

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
